The article Amber Inn Shank Festival has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Please do not add hoaxes to Wikipedia. Hoaxes are caught and marked for deletion shortly after they are created. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia – and then to correct them if possible. Please do not disrupt Wikipedia in an attempt to test our ability to detect and remove such material. Proposed deletion of Amber Inn Shank Festival[edit]

The article Amber Inn Shank Festival has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This article is a promotion for the Amber Inn. The references have no connection to a festival; they refer to crimes committed in the area with no reference to the Amber Inn or any Festival. This is a hoax, or a publicity stunt for the Amber Inn at the most. See WP:HOAX

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
